Behind the Scenes with Nashville Wedding Planner and Designer | Indian Wedding at Four Seasons

Padma & Sagar got married in India in November 2023 and planned a big celebration in Nashville to celebrate with their friends and family in January 2024. After touring the venue and reflecting on the many stays they had at Four Seasons properties around the US while dating long distance, they were excited to give their family and friends a peek into their story. It was so important to them to have an evening to give back to their loved ones for all the support they have provided for them through the years. The evening was filled with delicious food from local Indian restaurants, incredible music from DJ Jaz, custom cocktails, and meaningful time together.

Early on Padma shared that she wanted the evening to feel very glamorous and special. They love gold accents and were using a lot of touches of green in their India celebration so we incorporated that into our design in Nashville too. We started with gold and green for their invitations from White Ink Calligraphy. Their inner envelope featured their initials that we later brought into the room on their dance floor. The burst of pink flowers complimented the gold and green so nicely and brought such a vibrance into the space.

In order to transform the large ballroom at Four Seasons Nashville into a one of a kind elegant dinner party, we collaborated with Quest Events to fabricate 2 long drape accents in the ceiling. The waves and lengths of the drape provided a lot of interest in the room leading the eye up and creating that grand feeling. The perimeter of the room was covered in gold drape to brighten and elevate the space from feeling too corporate.

Though guests spent the majority of their evening in the ballroom, they started the night with cocktails and light bites in the foyer. We ensured this space was equally captivating and welcoming by incorporating furniture and places for guests to relax before dinner and dancing.

There are so many elements that went into this celebration that are hard to cover in a blog post. We are thrilled to share a behind-the-scenes look of how we brought it all together and executed the design on the wedding day.
